I am a Registered Psychotherapist and received my Master's degree from the Transpersonal Counseling Psychology program at Naropa University. I have training and/or certification in yoga, herbalism, nutrition, thai yoga massage, mindfulness meditation, and Reiki. I approach the healing process from many different angles to help people achieve true, whole healing.
My practice is a part of Pachamama Farm & Wellness, located in beautiful open space just outside of Boulder proper. Surrounded by stunning views of the foothills, the beautiful farm land contains fields of organically grown fruits and vegetables, happily roaming farm animals, a medicinal herb garden, and a holistic wellness center. Pachamama Wellness also includes Allie Dodge Acupuncture and two certified herbalists. We offer integrative healing on physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Outside of my practice, I am also staff at Living Well Transitions and Naropa University. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, wandering in the wilderness, cooking, wildcrafting/foraging, working with medicinal herbs, engaging in contemplative practice, reading, and basking in art, culture, and travel.
We all experience pain and suffering. We also all contain everything we need to heal. My role as a psychotherapist is to be a guide to help you move through the pain to uncover your own inherent wisdom, wholeness, and aliveness. I bring a lens of curiosity, gentleness, compassion, nonjudgement, honesty, and humor.
