Come celebrate the Summer with an afternoon Wellness Workshop on the farm!
In this class we will develop tools to cultivate our natural vitality and embrace the energy of Summer, including meditation, Five-Element wisdom, herbal knowledge, and experiential exercises.
We will conclude with a ritual and celebration of the Summer Solstice, which occurs on June 20th, the longest day of the year, abundant with light. Together we will honor our light, express gratitude, and tap into the well of unconditional love. We will end the celebration with seasonal food from the farm, herbal ice tea made from Pachamama herbs, and enjoying each other's company.
This promises to be a day of nourishment, community, and fun — join us!
Summer & The Fire Element
The more we can tune into the rhythms of the natural world and flow with the seasons, the more we can harness their energy to cultivate balance and vitality in body, mind, and spirit.
Nature’s energy flourishes in the Summer. It is a time to enjoy the flowers and fruit from the seeds we planted and sprouted in Spring. It is a season that buzzes with warmth, activity, life, and love.
This is the time of year for us to blossom and bask in the abundance of light as we near the Summer Solstice.
Summer is associated with the Fire Element and the emotion of Joy! The Fire Element brings the energies of LOVE, gratitude, expansion, and celebration.
